When Himalayan Salt Stones are used during the massage, they can relax the body, soothe sore muscles, help improve sleep, and mildly exfoliate the skin. Himalayan Salt Stones can be used warm or chilled to offer contrast therapy, stimulating and improving blood flow, which can promote healing and help decrease inflammation. Our Massage Therapists slowly roll a round-shaped stone over stubborn knots, mimicking the use of a rolling pin, to help relieve pain in areas of concern.
